All training is provided free to our Travel Brokers. Galileo place high emphasis on training of it’s users as we do and after training is completed NZ Travel Brokers is able to provide further follow up training as and when required.
Galileo Training Courses
• Galileo have offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch with dedicated training rooms throughout.
• Their Galileo trainer runs a comprehensive range of training courses for each of the core Galileo products.
• Courses are free to NZ Travel Brokers for up to 10 days of training per broker, per year.
• All training manuals are available online – so are always up to date with any host changes.
Galileo e-Learning - Galileo also offers a whole series of Galileo 360º e-Learning courses on the internet. An initiative undertaken to significantly increase your productivity at zero cost! These courses are free to NZ Travel Brokers; all you will need is your agency pseudo code and a PIN number which will be supplied to you by Galileo on request. The courses are web based which means you can access them from the office/home! No downloads, no disks, no hassle.

Galileo Account Management & Support
NZ Travel Brokers have a dedicated Galileo Account Manager, who will assist with the training, set up and on-going support of NZ Travel Brokers head office, and all Brokers.
