Travel has been part of my vocabulary all my life – from local family trips around NZ (don’t leave town until you’ve seen the country!), to family and business trips abroad.   Living and touring the UK, Europe and the US as a child inspired me to spend a year on a student exchange in Argentina, learning the lingo, attending school, living with a local family and soaking up the local customs.  By the time I returned, I knew travel was in my blood!

I worked in a corporate travel agency for 3 years then spent 9 years in a variety of roles at Ansett NZ.  Reservations, ticket office, ground staff and flight attendant roles gave me experience of travel and the travel industry from all points of view.

More travel to Asia and Australia, North America and the Pacific Islands saw me enjoying different types of holidays – independent travel, ‘go as you please’, guided tours, sightseeing trips and romantic getaways.  I can help you plan the holiday of your choice.

With a three year stint working for a Bed & Breakfast (B&B) booking service and a year spent managing a Bed & Breakfast operation whilst the owners were overseas I gained insight into yet another side of travel and its diversity.  From a small rural cottage to a decadent, exclusive ‘lodge’, there is an enormous range of accommodation out there for you to select from.

Everyone seems to have relations living overseas now, which provides a great excuse for you to travel and visit them. I can help you sort out the logistics of getting there, in order to leave you the joy of arrival at your destination and the wonder of new locations to experience.
