Planning a month-long holiday through Europe was a daunting task. As recommended by a friend, we contacted Rachel Gaffikin, an agent with NZ Travel Brokers, with our dates of travel and the (8 cities / 6 countries) places we'd like to visit. Rachel provided a very thorough itinerary and various options for accommodation and tours. This was so very helpful to us as we navigated and explored our way around maps, hotel reviews, transport options, flight seating etc prior to leaving. Rachel was always prompt to answer any queries we had, change any details as per our requests and provided updates on flights and airline deals as they came to hand. It was an amazing holiday.
